Improved conversations
Saw improvement in my ability to remember words while speaking. I am 79 and had seen a form of brain fog coming when I could not come up with a word when speaking and it was getting worse. Since taking it daily I seldom have this. Thankfully!

Strong fish oil smell, but it works
These are small and easy to swallow, but the strong fish oil smell is so off putting. I don’t think I’ll reorder these. Let’s see if the effects are worth putting up with the smell Update: so it actually works really well and keeps my mind sharp while I work and study. I try not to smell the caps or the container.
