Not a great home theater choice, but fine if you're not using it for a home theater.
First, mine came with an out-of-the-box anomaly on the projection - somewhere inside and not on the outside of the lens where it could easily be cleaned off. Second, while this is a native 720p and supports 1080p, the 16:9 image isn't quite 16:9. The image isn't wide enough to fill a 16:9 screen, and if you move the projector in to match the sides to the screen, you will have a large amount of the top and bottom of the image now off the screen and into the black space. Also, there is no zoom feature. You must position the projector at the correct fixed distance to get the correct image size (e.g. 9 feet for 100" -- not a precise measurement in this review). The projector claims to be 3200 lumens, however, it is obviously much lower. I would estimate somewhere around 1,500 lumens. Google reviews of the GP100 and you'll find a variety of reviews, including some websites that grade ratings and reviews and show that there have been questionable reviews of this unit. If you are buying a projector for the first time, and you are going to project it on a wall or something, it's probably a good option for a dark room. If you have a 16:9 projector screen, you will not be satisfied with the image leaving space on the top/bottom or the sides, depending on where you decide to make the sacrifice. The manual keystone and zoom knobs are easy to move, but, will also move your mount quite a bit during setup making alignment very difficult. Last but not least, this projector (1) really wants to be centered in the screen to produce a consistent image and focus [vertical and horizontal centering] and (2) the fan is amongst the noisiest I've ever heard. Given that the projector might have to be lowered on the mount to center in vertically on the screen for consistent focus, you're likely to hear the fan over your program during quieter periods ... or maybe even not so quiet periods. All in all, this might not be the best choice overall. It might be worth saving up your money to buy a little better unit like the Epson Home Cinema 1060

the projector is very nice for the price
The top description claims a 1920*1080 Native Resolution, but the lower description says it's only 800*400, which the specs on the box agrees with. The picture quality is much lower than HD. The picture size can only be adjusted by the distance between the projector and the screen. My prior projector had a knob for zooming in and out w/o needing to move the projector. That being said, the projector is very nice for the price. The picture is at full brightness in less than 10 seconds and when turning off, the fan powers down immediately. The fan noise is a bit loud, but does a very good job of keeping the projector cool. The picture can be seen in a normally lit room, but dimly lit is better. The 30,000 hour LED life would allow you to run 24/7 for over 3 years and then buy a new projector for cheaper than a new lamp for a standard projector.

Very good for the price! Read more for tips!
The media could not be loaded. This Omzer projector is good for the prize. I gave it 4 stars as the picture settings was not properly calibrated out of the box. After playing around with it, it looks good. It's not HD but watching movies on a 130" screen is really something.Sound quality is good. No cracking or anything. Turn on SRS TruSurround XT for more boom.If you got this projector, try this:Picture mode - userContrast- 11Brightnes - 67Color -75Sharpness - 35Color temperature - userRed - 80Green - 48Blue - 50You're welcome

I was satisfied with the ease of set up in my backyard
I was satisfied with the ease of set up in my backyard. Wouldn't say I'm all that tech savvy- and the directions are minimal.. Took about about an hour for me to figure out how to get it connected with my computer. Satisfied with the picture, am going to have fun this Halloween using the projector videos from U tube. I hooked it up to an audio with my block rocker Bluetooth speaker and has great sound. The projector is very quiet. Doesn't make a lot of noise.

still I feel like I got duped on the old bait and switch ...
The remote does not work properly, button have to be pressed repeatedly. The manual also is very bare bones, and vague. I am able to operate the unit only be pressing the buttons on top of the unit, which also do not react every time. If you are looking for a cheap projector, you could get away with spending $30-$40. I originally got this model as an exact looking one was advertised as Bluetooth wifi, it did not have free shipping. When I changed to the buying option to a free shipping seller, I messed up and did confirm it still also have Bluetooth features. So that's kinda my fault, still I feel like I got duped on the old bait and switch trick. Don't spend $60 like I did, its not worth it. I will be returning.

Great Projector that I very highly recommend
I purchased this projector for my work to use during presentations and morning meetings. It is my second projector and I am not very experienced with this tool. Out of the box it worked wonderfully. The quality is excellent and was just perfect for the presentations. I guess it will be as wonderful for movies due to its high definition. The light is strong enough to be used even in room with some light. The interface is easy and intuitive. Even as somehow a novice user I did not even need to open the manual and I am surprised to see a review, which said that “could not figure out how to use”. This is definitely not the case. For the price and quality I definitely recommend buying this projector for any use.

great features including playback from usb
great features including playback from usb. However the unit does display more toward the bluish hue. I was able to compensate with the computers video Gama adjustments but for USB play back its a little on the blueis side. Sound is very good for a built in speaker. good volume and clarity. Lacking in base but that was expected without a sub. remote works well but mostly better when you are toward the rear of the unit.. Very clear, and sharp. no shadowing that i noticed.

great value!
for the price, this projector is actually pretty good!mines about 9ft from the projected wall and emmits 16:9 picture at about 90" diagonally. it doesnt seem to display at 1920x1080 like the manufaturer says, so text or anything like that isnt very legible, but paired with a soundbar and a 40$ screen i bought on amazon, its pretty great for Xbox gaming and movies! projector is really light as well

Decent Projector for the Money
Overall, it's a decent projector for the price you pay. I'm not wow'd by it but I'm also not disappointed. This would be good if you want a projector to use every once in a while. I mostly use it to play video games. If you want a projector for more of a regular use with a clearer image it may be beneficial to spend the extra money.

Worked well. Good for the money but not perfect
Works Pretty well. Could use a bit better focus, and the screen is tricky to get positioned correctly, but overall well worth it. Good product. Also just so you know. It will not play video files from a USB stick. Only from dvd or pc inputs

Bought it for my toddler, because her doctor told us other kinds of screen lights could hurt toddlers' eye no-recoverable. This one is LED light, no matter daytime and night, it's clear. We connect it with Xbox and TV-tube, works very well. Lamp lifetime needs time to prove though.
