Are there vents on the bottom?

Yes, vents are on the bottom from front to back and from side to side. My unit barely gets warm.

If i buy the monolith amp is the voltage 230 ?

The input for this unit is going to be 120 VAC

Hi James, answer is yes! It is made here in the USA. It is built for mono price by a company called ATI. This company designs, engineers and builds there equipment in California. There are some other companies out there that also have there amps made by ATI as well. Like outlaw amps, other than the 5000 model, which is made in China to bring price point way down, all other outlaw amps are built by ATI. I did not talk to manufacturer, I got this info from gene delesalla at audioholics in a forum about the monolith. I can tell you this thing is very heavy, it sounds really good! You will not be disappointed.
