Are these sharp enough to chop food

I’m not sure what your chopping with a biscuit cutter but there’s know cutting edge but it’s still sharp enough to cut something like a cucumber

How do you remove the center "hole" cutter to cut biscuits?

The biscuit cutter comes with a separate hole cutter if making donuts. If making biscuits you don't need the tiny round. It is not attached. You just cut the biscuits out of the dough with the big cutter. Keep the cutter dipped in flour between cutting out biscuits to avoid dough sticking to cutter. It cuts dough very well and dough won't stick to cutters if you do this.
