Fragrant & High Quality
I am exceedingly pleased with this organic, authentic, Ceylon, ground cinnamon! It has the most wonderful fragrance and flavor. It is finely milled, is free of any random bits and perfect for cooking, baking and as a healthful addition to any healthy diet. I have purchased cinnamon barking & milled my own in the past which was a delightful experience. This cinnamon is equal to milling your own. Great value!

Delicious, delightful, and definitely a great brand!
Terrasoul has excellent products and does not use sulfites or other harmful preservatives. What’s the point of buying healthy food if it has negative health effects with unwanted ingredients? I love their variety and have enjoyed many of their products. I strongly recommend this product and other others sold by this excellent company.

Ceylon Cinnamon - Great Texture, Flavor and Quality
I recently read several articles explaining that the majority of powdered cinnamon out there is Cassia type which isn't all that healthy for you...sad because if you check the labels - it's definitely less expensive and much more common. :(Ceylon cinnamon is significantly better but there are a lot of different brands of Ceylon too which are not all created equal in flavor or quality. Terrasoul is a great reputable company and their Ceylon Cinnamon is no exception. My family and I did a taste and texture test compared to one of it's competitors, Simply Organic (which is also a great brand for organics), and we felt the Terrasoul was a little better overall in flavor, color, and even texture. I recommend this as a buy if you are searching for a quality Ceylon powdered cinnamon. Plus if you are not a cinnamon fan, Ceylon is a lot smoother tasting and less potent than Cassia cinnamon - give it a try and you might change your mind if you are not a fan of cinnamon typically.

It Tastes Good, And Yes It Is Real Ceylon.
I looove cinnamon. But my wife saw it was unhealthy to eat too much regular cinnamon (which I do, I put it in everything) so she wanted to try different brands of Ceylon since it's supposed to be healthier.I see some reviews that state it tastes terrible. You know, we all have a different palette, I hate chocolate, that doesn't mean chocolate is bad. Does this brand compare favorably to others? Yes. I have no idea why some people are saying this isn't the 'real stuff.' If it wasn't they would get nailed for false labels and false advertising by the USDA, which certified this item. Just because others don't like the taste doesn't mean a nationally known company is screwing people and stealing from them. That said, I did a taste test with this, another competitor that costs a little more and regular cinnamon. It tasted a lot like Frontier Co-op, and did not taste like regular cinnamon. Why did it not taste exactly like Frontier? For the same reason all wines (even harvested from the same place) do not all taste the same - soil differences, refinement process, time in transit, variations in water or filters or equipment, who knows, I'm no food production scientist and most likely, neither are you.But I like its taste, love it, to be fair. I won't ever buy regular cinnamon again. Yes, it's the real thing, yes it tastes very, very good. No it does not taste exactly like every other brand out there. No that does not mean it's a fake product and part of some conspiracy to poison your cinnamon or add it to airplanes for chem-trails or some nonsense.Give it a try, if it's not for you, try Frontier or something else. Personally, I loved it, and so have 90% of the other people who reviewed it.

Rich flavor, fine powder, perfect combo.
This has a rich Ceylon cinnamon flavor. I've tried a lot of brands, and some are bland or woody. This one tastes very good. Also a very fine powder. Recommended.

Authentic? Not able to provide lab results - tastes awful
I have been researching "real" Cinnamon for its health benefits for some time. I purchased Ceylon Cinnamon a while back from a different vendor and I was blown away by the quality and difference in taste. I couldn't remember who I bought my original product from and I figured I'd give Terrasoul a try. After all, it was organic and "lab tested for authenticity".I knew something was off, immediately after opening the bag. Typically, Ceylon Cinnamon is light brown and very fine ground - like the dust comes out of the package and the very fragrant scent fills up the entire house. Not on this one. It look like standard Cassia type. Maybe there is a little Ceylon in there, but it seems adulterated. The taste is way off. It almost has fishy taste. Very disappointed and also concerning. It also comes with a PROP65 warning, since I live in California. So I contacted customer support by phone asking for their test report for the authenticity as well the contaminants report for heavy metals, such as lead and cadmium, which do occur naturally in food. Plants take these up through the soil as trace elements. However, some countries add lead chromate pigments (yellow) to turmeric and other spices. (Yes!). I wanted to make sure this product is legit and that I am not exposing me and my family to unhealthy levels of heavy metals etc. I was promised that the reports would be emailed immediately to me. I waited for two days with no response. Then I contact customer service via their website. Same deal, I was promised a 24-48 response and nothing. After another follow up, I was told that it would take up to 10 days to get me the information from their quality department due to their backlog. 17 days later still no response. Really, to email a report that is readily available? Two mouse clicks?I also got suspicious, because I noticed that their Cinnamon is no longer listed on their own website for purchase. However, it is being sold via Amazon amongst their other products. I asked about it and their answer was that the Cinnamon does so well on Amazon that they decided to take it off their website. That doesn't make any sense, since their profit margins would be much higher selling it on their own site.So I am wondering if they are just trying to get rid of their remaining inventory due to issues with this product. I will definitely not purchase any products from that company again. They completely broke my trust. Not sure what they have to hide.
