If you’re buying this because of nostalgia, don’t buy.
It does not taste the same as what I took growing up 20 years ago. Not sweet. Not what I expected. I stopped taking it so I don’t know if it works.

Avoid if you have elevated Blood Pressure!!!
I started taking this exactly 2 weeks ago. In those two weeks my blood pressure shot up! 180/110 which has NEVER happened. I am usually around 130/140. I went into panic mode and since this is the only new thing I had added to my diet I checked the ingredients.....a whooping 53mg of sodium!!!! How is that even legal?????? I am almost done with the bottle and regret ordering this!!! Throwing away what's left of it!!!
