Good for small / medium electronics repairs
This iron set is nice and I used it to successfully replace a battery in a small electronic device. The heat control is nice and works well. It has a number of bits, stand, solder and flux. It also includes a "solder sucker" but for small jobs solder wick is better, so I had to order that separately.

Nice soldering tool.
Nice soldering kit. Used to replace LED dash lights. Has tip selections for all your needs. If this won't do it nothing will.

Good Basic Starter Kit
I needed to replace an old soldering iron but was not looking to make any large investments in a new one. I am not pro at all and only need to solder a couple times a year at most for either a very small project or making a quick repair. I saw a lot of good reviews on this kit, so gave it a try. For the price, the kit is absolutely worth the price. With that said, there is nothing heavy duty or professional here, it is just a basic kit. However, for what it is and for a very casual user that is not needing to get heavily involved in projects requiring soldering, this is ideal to have all the basic bits and pieces you should ever need in one convenient case. This might also be helpful for someone that has never used one and just wants to give it a try to see if they like it before investing more.

Good project
Works great. Adjustable and gets hot quick I have done a lot of projects with it and it is still working after a year.

Very effective
I followed the instructions to initialize the top, the unit heated rapidly and finished the job neatly. Good value.

Good beginner kit
Since I'm just a beginner I can only give this a five star rating since the kit had everything I need for the tiny jobs for which I used it. The tips are all still good so far and the iron heats up quickly. Any mistakes or misuses are probably my own fault since this is one giant experiment.

Good kit for the money.

Unfortunately you get what you pay for
It’s an ok set for beginners but it’s unfortunately very cheaply made and not good for advanced projects. The tips are like sheaths that go over the ceramic heating element and in my opinion it diminishes heat transfer and retention. I used it to swap joysticks for my ps5, and it could barely keep up with the lead free solder that Sony uses, especially the stuff IN the pads. No matter how much flux I used with the pump and desoldering wick it just couldn’t get the job done. This would be good if you wanted to upgrade speakers in your car or for anything at the surface level. The tips also seemingly stop working after 10 minutes. I did like the chisel tip, but again, after 10 minutes, basically trash. Just save the hassle and spend the extra $20.
