My go to electrolyte drink!
I use these for post run electrolyte refueling. On about my 8th tube. Cheap but do the job. Mango taste is ok. No upset stomachs. One star off as they don't dissolve that well.

Seems to work well
The taste is ok. They do take some time to dissolve (perhaps use tepid, rather than cold, water?). Contains the minerals your body needs. Especially useful if you have to rehydrate.
