great camera! Doesn't require anything but electricity and wifi!I had some concerns because amazon had mark "frequently returned product". It took me few minutes to figure out how to connect it. I'm just a girl without any specific tech knowledge.1. connect it to electicity and use ethernet cable to connect it to your Internet router directly.2. Unscrew little screws for reset button, reset camera, it will make sound.3. Add camera through application, set up password and let the camera know your wifi name and password.4. Disconnect it from router and install where you want (just connect to electricity). Camera is ready.Great quality of picture,.can have sd card up to 512gb, doesn't require subscription.Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I have been a lover of Reolink since the beginning. The cameras are awesome. The battery cams were a life saver and the best for outside surveillance. I have 11 of these cameras. From the Duo to the new TrackMix cameras as well as a mix of the old Argus PT. I originally rated these 5 stars but have changed to 1 star as the cloud offering has been changed and none of the cameras are eligible for the paid subscription for storage any longer. Even my newest camera which is only a year old is no ineligible for cloud access. They have moved on to 4G LTE cameras now and don't support anything but there new offerings.What's weird is that the free monthly account on the cloud which allows 1 camera and up to 1 GB storage works perfectly with every camera I own. When you try to migrate to the paid account so that you may enroll multiple cameras all of the sudden it says ineligible as I'm in the United States and not Canada.So the company sold me through their site and Amazon's 6 cameras about 10 months ago for $289.00 each that now are useless due to the inability to use cloud storage with them. Pretty shady if you ask me!Anyone need 11 paper weights? Move to an American brand or Hikvision where your system can grow and not be degraded in under a year.

This camera records my carport and patio where vandalism has occurred by neighbor kids. Hoping to catch a thief with this baby! So glad I invested in this system as it requires no subscription. Just do it, it is WAY BETTER THAN RING.
