Return is not picked up and now showing no option to return.
Quality wise the product is good. My mother prefers wearing this slippers, but with this particular product she is facing some issue. It is causing her skin thickening and calluses formation. Service experience is poor. My return request is not responded and after I cancelled it in order to redo the return, there's no option showing for it. Disappointed with Amazon.
