I thought this set would be fairly easy to build. I have many large Lego sets, and am experienced enough to follow the somewhat vague instructions. The problem is, the helmet part is extremely delicate. I have built and rebuilt the helmet 4 times, only to have it completely fall apart when I try to attach it to the body - with even the slightest pressure! It is so frustrating!! It does not live up to a Lego set in that regard. I spent 3 hours yesterday, and finally gave up for the day. Since it is supposedly Lego compatible, my next step is to see if I have pieces that will help hold it all together. Also, the right hand is only held on by a small rod, and falls off if you move the model at all. The body and legs were easy and sturdy enough (although I think the directions are a bit off in the torso area where the head connects. It instructs you to build it one way, but then the picture shows the piece you need to connect the head is higher up. I didn’t notice this until I had built the whole thing. I had to take the torso apart and finagle a way for that to work. Overall a very frustrating build. Would not recommend, unless you like a very hard, nearly impossible challenge!

This model was a good build. The pieces connected well and it feels solid. The price is about a quarter that of the Lego Space Shuttle. I have a number of other builds that show half and half like this one (half white and half inner workings). This one did not disappoint!The item came in a box with a thick manual that was easy to follow. The bags were numbered and there were no missing pieces. I still intend to get the Lego Space Shuttle, but this one was an excellent cheaper alternative.

This was worth every penny. The details are really good and look just like the picture! It took me around 5 hours. The instructions are easy to follow.

Cool project. Won’t take long. The instructions can be vague but not impossible to figure out. Looks very cool when built. Not sturdy though and easy for pieces to fall off.

I got my bf a bunch of knockoff legos as gift and this was by far the one I was most excited about. This has so many parts for pretty cheap compared to lego, and it is such a cool concept especially since it moves a bit. Everyone I showed it to thought it was cool too! Thinking about getting one for myself :)

6 hours, made a ton of mistakes....curious what the quickest assembly is lol

I purchased this because the reviews were good. This is not one of those reviews. The assembly is rather difficult - nothing holds up. It falls apart easily while assembling. Even after you finally get the pieces together, it falls apart. I was excited to get this for my nephew because it’s pretty cool looking and he loves all things robot but as soon as he touched it, it crumbled in his hands. Save your money. Buy something else.
