4 stars because I have yet to use it on a trip. Will update once I do. Love the size, especially the packed size. It weighs very little as well. Comfortable to lay on - either under my sleeping bag or even in it. I take it this weekend on a bikepacking trip so I see how it does on the trail. So far I am very pleased. One reason I picked this one is the new style air release. My old one was so hard trying to get all the air out. THis one deflates quickly and can be rolled up compact without requiring several attempts.Update - used it for two nights and it get great. Though it is not very tall inflated it support my 223 pound frame comfortably. Didn't feel like I bottomed out any. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a higher R value. The nights were colder than I expected. But I can't blame the pad fully for being cold becuse I was using a warm weather bag. I put a emergency blanket under the pad the second night which really helped.

While there are sleeping pads out there that are far more comfortable, none in my experience take up less space than this. me and my wife bought two of these and they fit in our packs very easily. if you are a hardcore backpacker, this is a good item to look into. it seems very thin though and I worry it is going to pop, though it hasn't yet.Pros+Super easy to blow up+Light+Small+decently comfortable+comes with patch kitCons-Not great for car camping as there are thicker, warmer, and more comfortable options-thin material seems like it would pop with any minor force-other options that may suit your needs betterOverall, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it to a friend. for best results, buy or make a liner to add comfort and warmth and to protect it.

I just received the sleeping pad. I blew it up in about 15 breaths and layed it on my tile floor. I was able to lay on it and not feel the floor, even on my side. I am looking forward to using it on a camping trip. I will update once I have tried it in real world.I was disappointed I didn't receive any patch kits with the pad like it stated. I even emailed the company, but have yet to receive a reply.Update: I have used this for hiking and it did great. I will have to get one with a higher r-value as it was cold when I was in the mountains. But overall a good pad.

I bought this for an upcoming Boundary Waters trip, wanting something lightweight and comfortable. I looked at several options with the lifetime warranty winning out on this one. The pad arrived and my first impression was this must be the wrong thing, it was so small and light I couldn't believe it was a sleeping pad. My next test was to blow it up and try it out, took about 15 to 20 breaths to inflate. I promptly layer down on my back moving to my side to see if I would bottom out, the unique design kept the air where it needs to be to stay comfortable. After waking up from the brief test, I was happy to find that I was not sore as I usually am after laying on a camping pad. Trip is coming up this weekend, I will update with results. My current plan is to buy more of these for the rest of my family. Looking forward to trying it out on a good tripUpdate: used it this week on a Boundary Waters trip, slept extremely comfortably even on the rocky ground. My only advice is to add a little more air when it's colder, got down in the 30's overnight and because it's so thin, I started to feel the rocks below, after adding another puff of air, it was comfortable again. The media could not be loaded.  Bought two mattresses and used them for our expedition to Peru. At that time was very satisfied with the product. Stored them on the shelf for two years, before pulling them again for another trip. This time could not even use them as they did not hold any air - was not even possible to inflate them, due to the quality of material - they were loosing the air on all their surface! Bummer. Never again.

Received the Ultralight sleeping pad last Saturday. I was pleased to see that this pad came with a life time warranty which made this a no-brainer when I was choosing which seller to go with. My husband and I have a camper and we wanted something soft for our older German Shepherd to lay on while he is lounging around outside. Harley loves being outside but he lays on the rug which provides no cushion. We wanted something that would be quick to install and low to the ground. I blew up the pad and covered it with a heavy blanket. Harley had no issues getting on top of the pad, laid right on it and fell asleep. He was so content! This sleeping pad is fantastic! The pad deflated easily by rolling it up and I was able to place it back into the carrying pouch and store away.

I kept this sleeping pad as a back up to my main one so I kept it in its packing until a recent camping trip in Nashville. Unfortunately it would only hold air for one hour. It seems like a great pad if it could hold air.

Very small and light when packed - really good for travels where space and weight are an issue. However, I am a slim women 5'5 (165 cm) and I barely fit onto it (it is very narrow). Comfort wise I would give it only 3 stars.
