This is a drop in replacement on my TDI. Less expensive than the big box stores and their private label filters of unknown origin. Installation is easy and takes only minutes and fit is perfect. Can’t go wrong.

Perfect fit for my 2013 cjaa

Had problems with my VW TDI so I decided to change the fuel filter away from home. Well it cured all of my hesitation problems and I was happy, with everything but the filter cost Looked on Ebay and found this filter, the same as the one I was using but half the cost. Think it will work as well during my next filter change. Service Note It is always good to change the oil and filters regularly, the car will last longer. Just sold a car with 250,000 miles on it to a mechanic. He did some minor maintenance (oil, filters etc) and said it works great, guess this is all the regular service. Thanks Paul

Make sure you have VCDS so you can run the fuel pump 3x in order to fill-up the fuel filter housing before you try to start the engine and crank it over and over w/ no fuel coming in.

I own a 2012 Jetta Sportwagen with the CJAA engine. This filter works great in it and it was a relatively easy change (just make sure you have lots of shop/paper towels on hand and wear disposable gloves and safety glasses!). I've owned VW diesels for about 15 years now and have tried to used Mann filters whenever possible as they are an OEM supplier to VW. This filter offers all the benefits of the stock filter you'd get at a dealer, but for a much better price since the box doesn't have the VW/Audi logo on it. The filter I received was made in Germany. (The Germans make good stuff, as Vince the Shamwow guy once told me.) Anyway, if you need to replace the fuel filter on your late model TDI, this filter will work just fine.

Filtro para VW 2.0 tdi CR 140 cv. Como cuando vas a comprarlo en la tienda, pero a menor precio. Calidad MANN. Llegó el paquete antes de lo habitual, sin ningún tipo de sorpresa. He leído algún comentario, y en mi caso me ha pasado igual, sobre algunos "hilitos" en la parte exterior del filtro (la parte donde entra el combustible para ser filtrado) y al ser exterior no hay problema, ya que está por filtrar. El filtro cumple perfectamente con su cometido. Volvería a comprarlo.
