They sent a USED refill
Product was used when it arrived. I bought the original car air freshener when I was in Italy, and it lasted 6 months. This time the scent faded after just a few weeks, so I think it was already previously used by someone else. Bu the time I realized this, I couldn't send it back because I had already thrown the packaging away. $27 wasted
