Sugar is very lumpy.

If you must use sugar, use this!
I grew up with this! As an adult I discovered the BIG difference between demerara brown sugar crystals and anything else. Then I looked it up and found out Brown sugar is better for you and Demerara crystals are even better yet due to processing procedure. So buying in bulk is a no brainer!
