Jarrow Formulas Conjugated Linoleic Acid Helps Maintain Lean Body Mass, 3.36 Ounce

I've been taking these softgels for roughly a month. I'm taking them for basically two reasons: Weight management and reducing inflammation for a bowel disorder. Both of these have basically been lifelong problems, and I did research to at least find supplements that may help with weight management. The CLA had the added benefit of helping with my bowel disorder. It was generally recognized as safe by medical experts and didn't have much risk to irritate other conditions that I deal with daily.Trust me, in the past, I've actually been generally great about my diet, and I would run to lose weight. I was down 60 pounds before I broke a vertebra in my back. The weight came back, and then some. I lost hope, and I stopped exercising. Eventually, I got tired of being in this body again, and I re-dedicated myself to my health. My diet changed, I began exercising every day again (low-impact this time), and I started adding supplements that didn't contain stimulants. CLA was one of those supplements. My research told me that as long as I used CLA supplements that contained legitimate Tonalin, those supplements would be safest. Jarrow Formulas was apparently one of the companies that used genuine Tonalin, so this was the first CLA supplement I've tried.I am down 20 pounds (and have managed to keep it off), and I have a long way to go from here. Do I attribute all of the weight loss to the CLA? Absolutely not, because I've worked hard. But I do also believe that, as part of a greater approach of diet, exercise, and supplements, it's been easier this time around. It's not the one thing that has gotten me this far, not by a long shot, but this time, I started eating clean and exercising as I was committed to losing weight, it's managed to come off more easily. My honest opinion is that it's this supplement used in conjunction with other supplements and a multivitamin that got me to this point.I personally have not experienced side effects that other people might have - nausea, upset stomach, allergic reactions, insulin resistance. (The last one was a bit worrisome to me, to be honest, because diabetes runs in my family.)My experience is 100% my own. I am in no way claiming that this will be everyone's experience. I picked up CLA not to lose weight, but to support tissue health as an Ehler Danlos patient. I take one pill daily before bed. I’m h sure of benefit for EDS symptoms… BUT!! I’m at my ideal weight, but I lost 160 lbs, after a lifetime being obese about a decade ago. I have some extra skin and adipose fat deposits that I’ve tried everything short of surgery to get rid of. This is doing it! I’ve not lost weight, but I’m definitely more toned and my skin is shockingly more tight in my trouble areas. My face also has lost at least 5 years! It’s like a miracle for my skin.

I was recommended CLA but was kind of ify being new to working out so the first 2 months of working out I saw .4 loss in body fat but I was losing weight the numbers on the scale just kept dropping but body fat didn't change much. So I decided to give it a shot on month 3 and let me tell you! I went to weigh myself after month 3 to record my results n baaaaaam not only did I lose weight I lost 3.5% body fat. It doesnt seem like much but its enough to convince me to add it to my supplement cabinet. I greatly recommend to anyone trying to lose weight also add L-Carnitine in LCLT form. Just remember this doesn't make miracles you have to have a clean diet and have a workout routine.

I heard about this supplement on the Dr. Oz show, so I decided to try it out. With these strength capsules, 750 mg, the recommended amount is two capsules, twice a day, with food. So I take them after I eat breakfast and after eating dinner, along with all of the other supplements I ingest. It is difficult to say after 22 1/2 days of taking these (this is what is in this bottle) if there is any difference in my body fat. I don't notice anything, but maybe it takes a bit. I actually looked into buying some more of this on another vitamin type site and it cost a lot more than these, so I bought another bottle to see if I take it for another 22 1/2 days there might be a difference. I'll post an update if I notice anything!

Recently got very discouraged after hitting a dieting plateau. Eating mostly a vegetarian diet and losing over 50 lbs I knew I had to do something, but lost all motivation. I maintained the same eating healthy eating habits and maintained my weight but actually lost 1/2 inch on my thighs the first month without changing a thing! I have lipedema so this was extremely a momentous occasion for me!

I believe that this has helped my weight loss and workout recovery. It might be in my head but I see the scales moving again.

Sooo...ALL the bottles expire 09/20. I bought 5 bottles. No way can I finish them before the expiry, even if I take three (3) per day. I need a REFUND on the Three (3) bottles that will expire before I can use them

The price is better than where I normally buy this product. It's supposed to reduce body fat. I've been taking it for months and sometimes wonder why since I've seen no improvement. I may need to rethink this, I could be just wasting my money.

値段の割に、品質は成分を見る限り非常に良いと思う。ただ、配送が遅いことと容器が汚れていることがある。自分は何度かこの商品を注文しているが、いずれも配送には１週間以上、１０日間くらいかかっている。そのため、すぐに必要な場合にはあまりおすすめしない。また、容器の汚れだが、今のところ２回に１回は拭いてもとれない汚れがキャップ部分に付着している。自分はこういった汚れが気になるので、綺麗な容器を次の商品が届くまで取っておくことにしている。

何度もリピートしている商品です。賞味期限内に注意しながら、お得なおまとめで注文しています。色々とスケルトンソフトカプセルのサプリを飲んできましたが、初めて中身が濁ったサプリが出てきました。上手く画像にできなくてすいません。何度も撮り直して一番いいのをアップしました。もう、気持ち悪くて、飲む事ができなくなりました。商品に対して、質問する手立てがなくレビューで、製造会社からの説明がもらえたらと書きました。プラスチックボトルの中身を全部出したのですが、濁ったサプリは、1個だけ。原因や理由が知りたいです。
