This is fantastic! The shoulder straps are comfortable when wearing for extended periods of time. My old back brace felt horrible and always irritated the skin in the armpit area. This one does not… I can even wear it under my clothes with no skin irritation. I love how easy it is to adjust the degree of support in the shoulders. For me, that’s a game changer as one of my shoulders tends to pull forward due to my mild scoliosis. I also really like the added structure on the backside of the brace because it helps to keep my spine straighter for better posture as well. I’m a full-time mom and homemaker so I wear this brace all day while working around the house and I don’t have neck and shoulder pain after a long day which has eliminated the tension headaches and need for ibuprofen. I wear it on my daily walks too and it’s helped tremendously. I can easily get in an hour of walking without shoulder and neck strain. I would’ve given it 5 stars but I only rated it 4 stars because even though I followed the size chart body measurements and felt confident that the size I ordered would be a good fit, it was definitely more snug than I thought it would be. There’s not much wiggle room in the sizing if your measurements are at the end of the stated size range. However, I’ve just enough space on the waistband to fit securely. I’m making the L/XL size work, but I definitely could’ve used another inch of waist room in order for it to be a perfect fit in terms of comfort because it does feel too tight around the waist at times especially if I’m moving around and bending over a lot. But overall, I’m happy with it and it’s helping my neck, shoulders and posture quite a lot.

The unit fits nice, is as comfortable as could be expected and helps with the middle back pain that just a lower brace didn’t. It is flexible enough that you can still bend forward if needed. Highly recommended!

I work at a grocery store and I’m on the floor for 5 1/2 hours a day three days a week and I stock the shelves as well as unload the pallets. I used to come home with not only lower back pain, but my feet and other things would hurt as well. This brace not only helps my back, but it helps the other issues as well and it’s very comfortable to wear.I am a larger woman, and it’s comfortable enough. I can still bend and move the way I need to. I no longer have to take Tylenol for back pain. It’s lightweight and I wear it underneath my work shirt. Nobody even knows I have it on. I do wear a shirt underneath it, but it is so comfortable and lightweight.

I didn't have high hopes for this, but it's been wonderful. Provides additional support for extended walking. I've worn it to several amusement parks and didn't suffocate from the heat. Very adjustable. I'm a size XL and large chested and it fits well. Nice and stretchy and has held up well after a few dozen wears.

Much better than nothing, but the straps are too thin for me being 6ft tall and weighing more than 200. Better standing and definitely not looking at your phone with your head down, but even improvement with that so like I said. Most of these seem to be for tight backs instead of loose thrashed shoulders, at least theirs some stabilization. Takes a while to get adjustment right but ends up keeping you more upright, nearly worth it.
