My only critique would be to use 1-2 cups of the brine mix or your turkey will come out overly salty. Do not use the whole bag when brining a turkey. I smoked a 12 lb. turkey for Thanksgiving. My turkey sat in the brine for 60 hours. The turkey was so moist and juicy. My family raved about how good It was. I will purchase this product again.
