This is how Virgin Olive Oil should come, in a dark glass bottle so it's not affected by light and not be blended with other Oil from a different country. It should also have that bit af peppery taste in the back of your throat. Good price too, not much dearer than supermarket own brands which come in plastic bottles. Great if you want to try Olive Oil fasting (DYOR) as it can double your Autophagy.

I like ethics olive oil. Bought it few times.

Acceptable pungency with a peppery taste which indicates the presence of polyphenols which in itself indicates cold pressing. My usual EVOO is much more pungent but it costs over three times as much. At this price the Amazon EVOO is an absolute steal. I recommend it for olive oil newbies where a more pungent olive oil might be overpowering. Try it drizzled raw on a cooked omelette to start.
