Banana-Grams! The Official Book, 575 Appealing Word Challenges That Will Drive You Bananas! Paperback – September 13, 2009

I loved this puzzle book! In fact, I had purchased it when it first came out--somehow it got lost in my move to a new place 2 years ago, so when I saw it here for a good price, I bought it again. It is just as much fun as the first time!! Great for carrying on vacations, waiting in dr.'s offices, on the subway, etc. It keeps your brain active and brings a smile to my face. Sometimes if I am struggling, my kids help me solve something--that is fun, too. I highly recommend this book. I have the others in the series (green and red covers)--mostly the same but with a few variations in the puzzles, but this is by far my favorite book. Go for it--you'll be glad you did!

Took this game on a family vacation and all of us 8 to 80 had a great time playing. Combined 2sets and at one point had 12 people playing. Light' easy to carry, the perfect travel game and Do not tell the kids but great for vocabulary building ! Also bought the book, great! Definitely for adults,challenging. engrossing and if you enjoy Scrabble ,check out the Weird words section ! BTW, written by a Scrabble champ.

My husband are I are avid bananagrams fans. He is what I would refer to as a "wordy." When I saw this book, I knew it would be a great gift for him to take on the beach or plane. The puzzles range from easy to hard and they really make you think about words you could be using. It reminds me a little more of Scrabble than bananagrams, but that's ok. It's still a lot of fun.

This was a pretty fun book. My wife and I played this in the car while driving around all our honeymoon. There wasn't a plethora of games that you could play without looking at the book, but the ones that you could were fun for the driver at least! I would reccommend this game if you want to take Bananagrams with you but don't want the tiles spilling all over your car.

I bought this for my students. They really enjoy them. There are several levels and different types of games and word play to keep them engaged.

Help book to use when playing the game. It comes in handy and we use it every time we play.

This book is a really fun add on to the game. You could use it individually with out the tiles (for instance in the car on a road trip) but it is more a little more difficult. It is best to have the real game. This book is ideal for individual or group play.

Not quite what it thought it would be, but that okay. It does help with word formation.
