Pikachu and evolutions figurines
My daughter is a big Pikachu fan, as well as Pikachu's evolutions. These are cute figurines of a good size. They have a nice pearlised sheen to them. I'm not sure about the durability of them, especially for the price - Pikachu's tail is already damaged and likely to come off soon. Overall, my daughter is happy with them but I found them expensive and the quality not the best.

My Son is 9 years old and an absolute Pokemon fan. He is building up his character collection and this another edition to his collection of over 100+ of these. He really liked this one.

Maybe not worth the price
These are as seen in the image and my son is happy, however I think they seem cheap and the tails are likely to break off soon. 21 pounds seems a high price for cheap plastic toys.
