Artisanal Chestnut Cream - Creme de Marrons, Jar 220g

A new staple in my pantry! I like it's delicious, delicate flavor and it's perfect on morning toast. I like the texture of this as well, somewhat similar to American Apple Butter in texture but smoother. The simple label and quality jar is a nice presentation too. This is my favorite Chestnut Crème that I've tried.

Perfectly balanced delicately sweet flavor. The texture is smooth and syrupy (more liquid than Clement Faugier brand I usually buy). I appreciate that there are no artificial additives. Also, the packaging is beautiful. I use this everyday to sweeten Greek yogurt for my breakfast (in combination with a handful of blueberries and crushed walnuts).

I used this as an ingredient in a pumpkin pie recipe and it was very tasty. I would definitely purchase it again.

Not good at all. Bought it for an espresso recipe and used it only once. It has no flavor, doesn’t mix well into liquid, and is stupid expensive.

2 out the 4 jars I order leaked,I am no very happy about it. The creme de marron was good.

Really nice tasting!Pretty small 8-oz package which makes it even more expensive per unit weight.Beats the comparable Bonne Maman product by a mile in exquisite taste and so definitely worth the extra money.

When I received the bottle, the cap is loose and the liquid leaks, do not dare to eat it.
