can these be used in a drill press?

I cut a piece of half inch diameter threaded rod and put it thru the sanding drum with a nut on each end. I left one inch of the threaded rod protruding from one end and chuck that up in my drill press. Works great.

where do i get replacement sleeves i can't seem to find the same set here at Amazon

Will these drums fit the ridgid belt/spindle sander?

I think so they fit my Harbor Freight Sander and was a lot cheaper
