This is a great product, well made and larger/prettier than I expected. Its helpfully labeled too, although i dont always follow the guidelines since I have my own goals. Also I am not exactly certain of the portion size accuracy and this did not include a section for dairy, oddly. Pros: beautiful, helpful in reminding me of portion sizes, portable and hand washable, sturdy. Cons: did smell strongly of glue at first but that did fade. I would definitely wash a few times before use.

The piece is worth collecting, by itself; beautifully made. The portion size is open for discussion, but for my application is perfect. It is not for liquids such as soups; it holds dense potages, though, but better have them in a separate container. Easy to use and each enclosure has its own label; you may use it as is or ignore the labels and fit you food as desired, and use it as a great TV dinner plate, if you are old enough to remember. Easy to clean, nothing clings to it. I do recommend this product.

I have only had this plate for two days and I have to say it has helped me already. I wanted a plate that took some of the guess work out of a balanced diet as well as something that would limit portion size: portion size is my downfall every time. This is beyond useful and well made. It is made of bamboo that is coated so it doesn't absorb food stains as it easy to clean and use. It has a nice weight to it as well as no sharp edges so it would be great for kids. It is a nice light color and feels good to the hands and eyes. I lightly wash it with mild shop, immediately dry and then let sit out to air dry and drops of water I missed. So far, every food item/residue had come off like it is non stick. This plate has been so beneficial and helpful in these last two days. I have included tow photos of simple meals so you can see portion size and scale. This plate offers large portion sizes so that I feel full but am still in a decent amount of food. As long as you don't stack up your food, this plate will help you reduce your intake and allow a more balanced diet. I like that there is also a "favorites" section so I never feel deprived. I am beyond excited and happy to have this and I can't believe I waited so long to buy it. Happy Eating!

I bought this so I could start learning/practicing portioning my meals. Even after a few uses, I remembered what certain portions looked like in my mind so when I wasn't able to use it, I could portion my food appropriately. It is a little annoying to clean because you can't put it in the dishwasher and food is hard to clean out of the sides but it is a great plate to use if you are trying to start portioning your meals.

I'm one of those people where I feel like I have to clear my plate even when I'm full. This was a great purchase wish I had found these 2 years ago when I was struggling with weight gain. I've tried so many diets it didn't work for me. Now that I've these amazing portion plates I don't over eat anymore and the pounds are coming off. Btw the 20lb I lost I wasn't going to the gym. So if thar tells you anything. Buy with confidence and stick to the portions. You will see the weight come off.

I use this three times a day. I haven't seen anything like this before it's so unique. I absolutely love it.

Keep in mind while buying this product that it is only one plate for $20. So 4 plates for $80 seems a bit much. It is well made and if I was single this might be okay. Disappointed.

I love these trays!!! They really keep me honest so I can still enjoy all kinds of food without overdoing it. We have lots of good foods where I’m from and it’s easy enough to get carried away. I’ve found that I’m learning visuals to even help me gauge how much to eat when I’m away from home. This little tray is an excellent training tool for fitness and I’m so grateful someone took the time to design it... THANK YOU! Also, I’ve found it doesn’t stain if you wash it immediately after you’re done eating ... it’s a good cleanliness habit to get into anyway do ANOTHER good habit this little tray instills! Environmentally conscious, which I can approve! The corners are rounded so personally I don’t have an issue cleaning them but it can be done easily anyway with a nice bristle brush if you’re having issues with that. I’m very pleased with this purchase. I just bought 2 more to enjoy with my fit focused friends or diabetic friends who come over if they are on a strict plan and want to use them.
