These are Ok, sturdy and firm enough. Only drawback is they are a bit too dark, it barely has some of that light brown streak to show that it's supposed to be oil bronze, but not bad.

These hooks came in promptly and in good shape. They were easy to install and had to sets of screws, one longer and one shorter, to attach the hook to the wall. They look great.

Ok. So I had the choice of buying 20 these for around the same cost as buying 6 or 7 from a local big box store. I took the chance and got them from amazon. I think the hooks are fine. They're plenty strong enough and look good enough for my tastes. But the screws are weak. I predrilled everything with pilot holes first. Then I used an impact screw driver and broke off the heads of the screws using them a couple times, stripped others... so I tried a hand screw driver and it still stripped the screws. They are very weak terrible screws. I can only give 4 stars for something that doesn't go in very well. They do look nice.

The Ambipolar brass hooks are an excellent product and I would buy them again in a heartbeat.They come individually wrapped in plastic in a box of 10. Included in each individual package is two sets of screws, neatly tucked in their own packaging. Two pair of different length screws is huge. I personally recessed the screws about a half inch. Any longer would have been too deep for my project. Thanks to the two sets of screws I was able to do this perfectly.The brass hooks are strong and can hold plenty of weight.My only small criticism is the screws can be easily stripped if you use a screwgun to drive them in. You're much better off drilling a pilot hole and then using an old fashioned hand screwdriver. To be fair about this criticism, I have never bought something that comes with screws that isn't easily stripped. It has been my experience that if I want an screw with a very durable head to withstand the torque of a screwgun, these screws must always be purchased separately. However, the screws included are easily strong enough when using the pilot hole method.Given the reasonable price, quality brass hooks, screw length flexibility, and secure packaging, it's a no-brainer to purchase this product.

We just build a barn for my mini horses and I wanted to get organized. I wanted a hook by each stall that I can hang their harness and rope so that the barn is very organized. I looked in several stores thinking that finding a hook would be simple. I could not find any hook that was large enough. The description on this hook looked like it might work. Although the hooks do come with screws my husband used a larger, stronger screw just cause he wants the best. I am so thrilled and pleased. The hooks are large enough and sturdy enough to hold the harness and lead ropes. I have one by each stall and the grandchildren no longer have to keep asking if the have the right harness for the right horse. I can tell them to bring the horse they are going to work with and they have no problem. With my back disability, this makes working with the horses so much easier and the children learn the confidence of truly taking charge. You can see that these hooks have satisfied a number of things for me and I would highly recommend them.

Wanted big hooks for hanging our coats, these are not as big as I wanted. Still contemplating returning but probably too late.

I’ve purchased these many times. They are sturdy and look great. The only complaint I have is that out of the thirty I ordered 10 did not have the .07 screws in the pack and it apprears there’s no way to contact the seller to get the screws without returning everything. Probably won’t risk buying them again because I have to replace the screws.

Bought these to replace old broken hooks on an existing backboard. Eventually I need to replace the whole thing but for now, this was cheap and easy and it does the job.These hooks were easy to install, though the included screws are very poor quality so I used my own. The hooks look nice, exactly as depicted in the item description photos. The hooks are plenty strong enough for what I need; I can hang a couple of winter jackets on each without them bending. Solid purchase.

Put these on the wall at the top of the basement stairs to hang my family's ever growing assortment of backpacks and messenger bags. Since I was hanging the hooks in the drywall I picked up some anchors from the local hardware store and used the longer set of screws that came with the hooks. They look good and work great. We often have at least one backpack with a laptop in it and the hooks are sturdy enough for that.

I purchased these hooks to build a coat rack to help organize all the kids jackets and snow pants. The hooks came packaged very well. They came with 2 different size screws for each hook which I found helped depending on the thickness of the application you are hanging them on. I went with the smaller screws. The hooks seem very robust and the finish is excellent. I did find them to be a little smaller then the previous coat hooks I have used but my fault not reading the specs prior to buying. Have bought these 4 times and love them. I flip houses and have used these to make coat racks and organizers. They are extremely sturdy for cloths, easy to install (literally my 6 year old was excited to show me the ones he "installed" in his closet. For the amount you get and the quality, you are really getting your moneys worth. They are medium size (not huge but not tiny) perfect for heavy snow jackets, heavy school bags, dog leashes, brooms, mops and ect... Buying more today...

Overall these seem like good quality hooks. They are better suited to mounting onto wood than onto drywall though as the screws needed to fit the holes in them are the smaller #6 and it can be can be challenging to find longer #6 alternatives in the right colour vs the bigger, #8's most people have kicking around. I won't be using these for the purpose intended (to hang on drywall to support backpacks) but will keep them and use them when I could a horizontal coat rack with wood. They should be perfect for that. My mistake on not purchasing a larger hook for the intended purpose. Otherwise, well packaged and shipped quickly.
