We used this on a home we recently started renting and you can tell the previous tenants never cleaned their grout. When this was applied and left on like the directions instructed, it worked like a charm, EFFORTLESSLY. This product was great and left out grout looking almost brand new!

So my kitchen floors have been driving me nuts. They are cleaned constantly. In fact my cleaner was here today! But the grout is stained so it looks dirty. I read that I may need to seal the grout. But I wanted to try to clean it good. Tried floor cleaner and one of those rotary brush/wand things. Nothing. So I saw this grout cleaner and looked it up and it had great reviews. Bought it and used it today. 🙌🏼👏🏼🙌🏼. If you have annoying grout, get this stuff. It's amazing! I got a little bristle grout brush. Very little scrubbing. Not even a scrub. More of a light combing! And I didn't even use half the bottle. Don't need much at all! These have been down for 2 1/2 years. Even if I do this every 6 months it's worth it.

Ive tried so many other grout cleaners and this one actually does what it's supposed to do. My grout was really bad and I had tried others but they just never really did well. One application of this and it removed all the stains and renewed the grout to its original appearance.

Zep works great! I appreciate that this bottle has a spray cap so that I can squirt it directly onto the tile grout. I hope the results are lasting.We purchased a house with tile from the early 2000s, and I am guessing the grout hasn't been cleaned thoroughly since installation.I worked in 2ft x 4ft sections.After squirting Zep into the groutlines, I scrubbed them with my Libman mop scrubber and waited about 5 min. Then I scrubbed again.After that I used the mop head and fresh hot water repeatedly to remove dirt and residue. It took about 8 to 10 washing and rinsings until the water came clear for each section. That is how dirty the grout was!It was a daunting and time-consuming task, and I am sure there is an easier way to accomplish the job, but I am glad to see such results.One bottle cleaned the grout in two bathrooms and 3/4s of a large rec room. I had to order another bottle to be able to finish the job. If there is leftover, I may try to clean the shower wall groutlines.It was absolutely disgusting to see what was removed. I didn't mind the mild smell and didn't wear gloves because my hands didn't touch the product.

This stuff is amazing. I'm embarrassed to say how long it has been since the bathroom floor tiles had been thoroughly cleaned. I tried using vinegar, followed by scrubbing with a paste made of baking soda and dishwashing detergent, but it took several minutes to clean around one 12"x12" tile. With this Zep cleaner, I can clean an area about 5'x5' in the same time with much less effort. On a floor with smaller tiles and lots of grout lines, I squirt a little on an area about 2'x2' and spread with a brush. Let it sit about two minutes and brush the grout lines to loosen the dirt, then wipe up with a sponge and rinse with the sponge 2-3 times. The accumulation of red dirt from the yard is gone and the grout is restored to its original look. Hours of time saved. One of the best purchases in a long time.

Product is okay cool foaming feature however the cleaning part was less than expected. I tried multiple places with different time periods to set in however the result was the same not much better than Ajax or an abrasive cleaner. I wanted to see the results however they just were not there even with hard scrubbing.

Actually works and works well. With a brush most dirt came right out and a few shades brighters, huge difference. Stop wasting time with home brew ways to clean grout. This is the stuff.

This left blue-green streaks on our shower walls, leaving the shower looking worse than when we started. Scrubbing did nothing to remove these stubborn stains. Bleach-based products did nothing. I even tried more Zep in a small area and it didn't help at all. I don't know how or why this happened, other than that the contents of the product seems to have reacted with copper deposits in the water. Our water pH is just a bit above 7, so not particularly alkaline (and not acidic). We have copper water pipes, like most houses do. Ironically, when I asked Amazon's "Rufus" AI to recommend products to remove blue-green stains from tiles, it recommended this. So, poor grades for both this product and Rufus. The product did remove some darker stains from some grout areas that mildew-removers wouldn't, but as I said, the net change was for the worse. Now I'm at a loss for how to get the new stains off and our shower is looking pretty terrible. This product may well work as advertised in some situations but clearly, that isn't the case in all situations. Lucky me.
