I’ve previously purchased this item and what I received yesterday was lower quality. I was noticing my current neck rest shifting around a bit, so I wanted to purchase a new one to see if it clung to the shape of the shampoo bowl better. Unfortunately it was worse!You can see the image with two neck rests - the bottom is the newer one. The stitching is odd and the cushion is not the same! :(

I was excited for this. It was the Amazon overall pick. It did not fit in my shampoo bowl at all. The block was worthless. I had 3 different people sit at my bowl to see & it made zero difference. The block just hangs low. Total waste. It actually was just in my way when shampooing.

Does not have a secure fit, slips and slides, even if not in use will not secure to the neck bowl. Bought this because I have another that my colleague bought off same site and that works just fine. We tried using the blow dryer to bend it but did not work. Would be very comfortable if it fit proper, it could have been a defect though because the other one is fine.
