It is an adorable dress but has no lining and it is a lesser quality material. I’m sure you can use nude colored under garments and it will work. I bought my usual size based on other reviews. Unfortunately, it does run small and has not any stretch.

The material is awful. It's not wearable. Looks more like a cheap costume dress.

For reference I wear a C cup and I’m a size 6/8 in most things. I switch between medium and large.The fabric is thin and might be sheer but wear a nude slip or tummy control shorts (like I did) and you’ll be fine. LOVED THIS DRESS and will most definitely wear again.
