do i get the card information emailed to me before I receive the actual card. so I don't have to wait to use it online?

If you need a card quicker, suggest having one emailed. Usually arrives in few hours to your email acct & can be used online. NOT ALL PREPAID CARDS CAN BE USED ONLINE, so read the fine print. This one can. I just looked at another issue and the Visa CANNOT be used online. Most you can if you register them. It varies by issuers, so bread the info carefully. The card says it is ready to use immediately upon receipt & may be used online.

The card was rejected for non activation...how do i get this card activated?...3 calls to amazon customer service...no help

Same problem here , I purchased a total of 10 as Christmas gifts and so far 3 people have called me telling me they can’t be redeemed , i have been fighting with Amazon and the customer service SUCKS, I will be deleting my account and never shopping Amazon again , zero help on this matter the cards they sell are SCAMS, they didn’t have a problem taking money for an activation fee on each of those 10 cards and they never activated them , so good luck with getting this resolved , extremely angered and disappointed with Amazon and the so called customer service !!
