I am not sure how effective it is. I can’t tell results from about a month of using it. But I must say it’s challenging to drink. I use a mixer to make sure it’s desolated well and still it has a strange taste and sandy texture. I guess if it really binds toxins it’s worth it u just don’t know what markers to look for to know that it really does the job.

I used this on the recommendation of a functional medicine doc. It really did not work well for me or my husband. Very constipating so be careful with it and use it under the direction of someone who knows what they are doing and can tell you how to manage your digestion.
