Some sourdough breads require adding sugary extracts to the preferment. This malt extract is an excellent choice for that (aside from other potential uses). It does not alter the taste, and provides great nutrition for the fermentation bacteria.

J'ai acheté ce malt qui est un peu plus cher mais qui ne contient pas de sucre, uniquement du Barley Malt extract. Pour une fois qu'un produit est pur! Et comme ça vous pouvez l'utiliser pour combiner avec ce que vous voulez. Ca donne un gout de malt parfait, dans un chocolat ou dans une glace. Je recommande.

Lo utilizo para hacer pan. Para que la fermenación del mismo se lleve a cabo con estos azúcares que contine el extracto de malta. Cumple con su cometido, además aporta un sabor al pan inconfundible, aunque no se note de donde procede, sabores afrutados como pasa con la cerveza.
