These are a very good size and work well for most any food preparation. Good product.

Large, Sturdy and Made Well
Sturdy and easy to hold. I use one as it normally is used to cut dough but I have an unorthodox use for the other one. I have a large single stainless steel sink because I love that I can wash large pans and cookie sheets without a struggle.i use of of the dough cutter to “sweep” crumbs and whatever from all over the sink down to the drain. Easier then, chasing the crumbs around with water from a faucet, and it saves on water. These are made really well, and large enough to give you a good grip on them.

If you cook, you are CRAZY if you don’t use these!
I love cooking and chop veggies and herbs etc for almost every meal. These scrapers are n awesome tool! I can’t believe I didn’t start using them years ago. They pick up every little piece of chopped whatever that shoots this way or that in the counter. My hands don’t get bits of food all over them nearly anywhere as much. They make clean up and prep time SOOO much faster. I am giving these as Christmas gifts from now on to everyone I k ow that cooks. I like the size and also got a smaller set as well which I find a bit better for small tiny bits like minced garlic and chopped dill for example. The larger one totally work but are especially good I find for things like chopped onion, celery, carrots, tomatoes, fruits etc… Get these, like today! (If you are a cook!)

Depends on what you're using it for
I wanted something to quickly sweep up diced vegetables from the cutting board, and these are a little thick and inflexible for that. They'll be nice for pastry duties, though... separating dough, cutting gnocchi, etc.

Effective and easy to use/clean.
While I enjoy my metal scraper, these are gentler on my dough mat. They give a precise cut without any damage.

Surprisingly sturdy!
I was expecting these to be more flimsy but they are actually very sturdy so I love them even more. Super easy to clean and use. Very thick obviously. Feel ver comfortable to use.
