Very nice little impact, it works really well and is very quiet compared to a traditional impact driver, the battery lasts really long time , it is very compact, and I got it on a really good price.

Bought for work and like most Milwaukee tools does what it says on the box ,this 12v range is great for maintenance engineers compact and powerful and the batteries last a fair time as well would reccomend

Absolutely love this Impact driver.Got this as a replacement for my Bosch Professional 12v which had finally died after many years.I work doing maintenance for one of the large supermarkets so am used to using various makes of power tools..... Got to say I do really like Milwaukee.I got this primarily for use at home and wanted 12v due to the compact size.I had heard good reviews about this one which is a Hydraulic Impact Driver...... it has blown me away!Size/weight/power is perfect and it is well balanced in the hand.Due to it being Hydraulic it is so quiet compared with every other impact drivers I have used..... it is bit of a game changer.If you are working somewhere where the noise can be disruptive, like a shop, customers home or enclosed space then this really will make a difference.Batteries last agood amount of time, but I also bought a couple of larger batteries to use when needed.I would absolutely recommend this Impact Driver not just to Professional but Diyers as well.

I would give this product the full 5 stars, except the charger turned out to be US spec 110v 60hz ( I'm in the UK - 230v, 50hz). There was nothing in the specs to mention this & I had to buy a separate UK spec charger at additional cost.

Lovely bit of Kit but can’t charge as it’s 110v no good to me unless I buy transformer

Bought this as a present for a family member as we already knew it was good equipment, however the battery charger is for the US only. Had to order a new UK charger in order to be able to use the equipment. Not happy about this at all. Can't see how it wasn't shipped with a UK charger as it was a US product shipped through to Amazon. UK.... So obviously a US charger is useless here. Shipping was quite quick though.
