I am a very low exercise person, and I bought these to help me move into strength training. I find them easy to use, and there are many exercises I can do in my minimal freebie, so I no longer have to decide between relaxing my brain with some comedy or working out. I can do both! This came with a poster you can tack on the wall with all sorts of exercises on it, so you can create your own fitness plan just with these bands.I loved them so much, I ended up buying another set for my son. We both love that you can anchor them on the door (top, side, or bottom!) and do various shoulder and leg workouts. He's especially happy because they work great for his shoulder PT.The length of the bands is excellent. We are both tall, and find we can easily use these even tucked under our feet without undue back strain. Also, they fit in a small bag, so they're super easy to store. Hopefully they last a long while!

Such a great addition to my home gym. They were a great price and the quality is outstanding. Such a versatile arrangement for a full body workout. They're are several weight variations and different attachments to help use indoors or out and it's easy to move around. I also like that I can pack them in my bag to travel and have my workout right there with me.

Bands feel great and have some good stretch to them. Haven't don't more then stretching with them which was the main reason for this. The off days from the gym I get muscle soreness and tightened up so this helps with that. I'll update if anything goes wrong but so far they are exactly what I wanted.

Quick VersionPros: Really good quality and nice-looking bands with comfortable handles and what appear to be sturdy carabiners. Double or triple up the bands you use in an exercise to really give yourself a challenge. Also comes with velcro band straps with a carabiner - so you could attach it to just about anything that is stationary, to then connect the bands for a workout.Cons: The 25lb band may be prone to breaking. If you're doing something like chest press, or crossovers, so the bands are going over your shoulders/arms, the nylon strap-connection part of the band will rub and scrape on your arm pretty aggressively. Sometimes the bands feel too long to do certain exercises.Longer version - The 25lb band broke and snapped me in the chest, on the very first rep I used it. No big deal, I probably wouldn't have used them much anyway. I was just gauging which tension to use for rear delt stuff. I think you do have to get a little creative with how you setup for an exercise, because you can easily have far too little resistance or way too much. The fact that you can attach multiple bands to the handles is what makes these useful. I would say they're probably better for travel, where space is limited, or for someone getting through an injury. I definitely prefer my free-weights or the multi-use machine at home, over the bands, but in between sets, or as a warm-up they can be good. No one is getting into amazing shape with these though, so don't get them if you think you're going to revolutionize your workouts.

This is a perfect product for traveling and still keeping up with some exercise. It is easier to identify the weights with the approximated resistance stencils right on each band. Because of the clip ring on the handles, you can double up weights by just adding an extra band. This is a daily packed item when I'm traveling.

Much easier than using weights! You can do so many different workouts without it taking up an entire room to store it! The ONLY issue is that if you are not familiar with using bands, you can easily get whopped in the head with a fly away band. Do NOT let children use these bands without adult supervision! Even with supervision, they can still get hurt.I am 5”9 280lbs with a back fusion, neck pain, COPD and asthma. I have NO issues using this product.You can take it with you when you travel. (Try that with weights)Just 15 minutes per day and I feel great!

Got these about a month ago and been using it 5 days a week without any issues. No wear and tear issues like those cheap ones that snap or causes holes in it after a few uses.

Love em….. The strong bands are tough which is what I wanted. True to what was advertised. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to supplement their home gym or anyone who wants to have a travel set of weight bands.
