Gourmet Instant Noodles with Amazing Flavor
These noodles are a huge step up from regular instant ramen. The air-dried noodles have a chewy, restaurant-quality texture, and the included sauces are bold, flavorful, and taste like something you’d get at a ramen shop.I love that the pack comes with a variety of flavors, so it never gets boring. They’re also vegan-friendly, which makes them a versatile option for different diets. While a little pricier than typical instant noodles, the quality and taste are absolutely worth it. Perfect for quick meals that feel special.

Just Noodling about Noodles
Quick and easy to prepare, tasty with good tooth. My only complaint, if it can be called a complaint, is the noodles would be better with a little more of the sauce. Especially in the case of the sweet soy, the noodles absorbed the sauce so quickly and so thoroughly, it's taste wasn't as strong as I would have liked.Very enjoyable, much better than the usual packaged noodle dishes out there!

Soo good, so bad at shipping.
These are delicious! the noodles have a great texture. The instructions are easy for just the noodles and they make a great base to any meal. The not-spicy packs are pretty bland. The soy and scallion is literally just soy sauce and a packet of dried green onion bits. Which is great for those that think black pepper is hot The spicier flavors are worth the hype. SOOOOO delicious and so filling. The perfect comfort food and the perfect base for any big meal. However, they are awful with supply and demand. I liked these enough to subscribe and save. I've yet to receive a second shipment. It's disappointing they can't manage to care for repeat customers and ol' mamazon clearly isn't helping. Gonna have to find a new pantry staple for the winter

Tasty and good quality noodle kits
I've ordered these several times now. They are very good and compare to restaurant quality. I especially like chili flavor with the thicker noodles. I usually make them with a few pieces of shrimp and top with green onions, fresh or dried. Delish, easy and fast. Treat yourself and enjoy!

Above average taste and texture at a ridiculous price point. Real talk.
Shameful on the company to price these at such a premium. Noodles, sauce and dry ingredients intended as a base for adding your own toppings and protein. Taste is good but not amazing. Noodles have a great chewy texture and taste clean since they are not fried and the sauces are flavorful and just ok.But $50 for instant noodles is bonkers. I have no issues spending extra to get extra, but this is not that. I’ve been to his restaurants in the Cosmo. I’ve had hand cut hand made noodles from different countries. In a stir fry, in a soup. Hot noodles, cold noodles. Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese etc. This set should be in the $30 range max. Pure money grab by a well known chef. Disappointing because he appears to be a good guy in real life. But business is business and I’ll take mine elsewhere.

Not worth the money, at all. Small on portion and flavor.
I love Momofuko. Eat there every time I'm in Vegas and we always bring a sampling of their sauces home. This is not that. Not even in the same ballpark.Tried all three flavors in sampler pack, at the same time, and it was a good thing we did. The amount of noodles in one package isn't even a portion size big enough for a child. Even at three packages, we found ourselves steaming up a handful of soup dumplings afterwards to satisfy our appetite. If portion size was the only complaint and the flavor was even half as good as the marketing claimed, we'd still be happy though. I really wanted something close to the Momofuko flavor and I was willing to make a couple pouches at once to make it a meal. However, the flavor was firmly in the "meh" category too. The spicy, wasn't. The Soy and Scallion needed additional soy sauce because there was such a mild flavor, and the "Tingly" had zero tingle. It just tastes like a splash of soy sauce with a dash chili oil. Every bit as underwhelming as the other two. None of the flavor packets contained enough seasoning to even coat the miniture portion of dried noodles and we found ourselves digging in the pantry for extra soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar to try to give it some form of flavor. In the end, a complete let down and I'm certainly left with the feeling of being ripped off. These are an absolute bad value and a shameful play on the name of the restaurant to charge a premium price for a sub-par product. At the current sale price ($47 for 15 pouches), you're paying over a dollar an ounce for these noodles (see the photo for a size comparison with the two top brands of instant noodles) Your standard Top Ramen pack has more noodles and more flavor and comes in at around ¢25 a pack, not on sale. Typically , you can buy them all day at around 10-15 cents a pack. Even the Shin Black (what we're told at the Asian grocery is the "gold standard" for instant noodles) at $8 for a five pack bag is a far superior choice. Much better noodles with so much more flavor.Frankly, I wouldn't buy this product again, regardless of price. It just wasn't good. Matter of fact, it was bad. Bad enough to make us second guess our love of the Momofuko brand.
