Good product, does what it is supposed to do!

Seemed a little thin but applied 2 coats quickly and easily. After 24 hrs there was no noticeable sticky or otherwise inconvenient residue to contaminate items coming into contact. Durability over this winter will be kept under review and hopefully the next 2 - 3 years it will be OK. Time will tell. Be sure to break/rub back old varnish if present to allow the oil access to the wood.

Awesome, but word of caution, the decking just drank it like it was thirty in a desert, so grab a much larger bottle than you think you will need, does what it says on the tine and extremely great value for money, I bought some more as 23 litres wasnt enough and im going to get some more for backup too, great stuff, looks great, and its not sticky, it does smell though, its been 24 hours and I can still smell it when I go outside, so keep that in mind, id be very wary about pets, I don’t have any but id keep that in mind, and I dared not wash the decking yet for fear of it running off into the garden although I did get it wet a few minutes after and the water just flew off it, you could see it was already stopping and fluid getting in.

A few days ago, we purchased a new three seater garden bench. I found the Bartoline Teak oil on Amazon, and ordered the 2L bottle. I considered spraying, but after reading the reviews, I decided to use the brush, the oil was easy to apply and soaked into the would, as it was a sunny and breezy day, I was able to apply three coats, the oil soaked in easily, I paid special attention to the bottom of the legs. Overnight, we had a shower, and water collected in little bobbles on the surface. The bench now looks very nice, and the oil has brought out the grain and colour. Overall, time will tell, but for the present, I am very pleased with this product.
