Does the bottom trim comes with clips or you have to purchase separately

It comes with all clips, but get your windshield glass place to install it, you still need another piece of trim.

Is it 2 parts to the molding top and bottom

It's one solid piece. Due recommend buying new clips for it. It does not come with any and the old ones break easy. All it comes with is the adhesive.
