I'd get something else to use along with the tags to make your suitcase stand out, especially if a common type/color. I went with the stretchable red bands, crisscrossed around my luggage and with the orange tags.

They were easy to put on and fill out. We did lose one but I feel that the airline pulled it off since the metal ring was still attaced.
