Does this come with the 3rd brake light ?

No, the 3rd brake light is now sold separately.

Are the aluminum poles black as shown in the picture or chrome?

Yes. All of the framing is powder coated black except for the aluminum connection brackets in the top middle. Those go inside the framing tubes and are covered by the velcro straps so they aren't seen anyways.

Is this secure against theft? How difficult would it be for someone to cut the canvas?

Anyone can get access to it from the back or the sides zippers.

What are the dimensions of the top (not in the box) once assembled?

This is an awesome top. I glad I bought it. It fits exact.
