There's a reason there's so many conflicting reviews about whether these otherwise nice flange inserts fit in various flanges -- they are varying diameters. I ordered both the 17mm and 19mm inserts. The 19mm fits into my 24mm Motif Luna flanges (it's tight but they fit), while the 17mm are too wide can only fit in the 28mm Motif Luna flanges despite being advertised as both fitting in the Spectra, Medela 24mm (Motif Luna are supposedly the same diameter at the Spectra).If you're lucky enough for the inserts to fit the flanges you have on hand, they do work well and are reasonably comfortable and easy to use. Just seems to be a bit of a dice roll whether they will fit or not.

Fit perfectly in my Willow go’s. They don’t fall out and seem very durable!

This is my third pair as my needs have changed. First of all they are absolutely not transparent. Also the19 long does not fit as well into the spectra pump as the 21 and 20mm. Maybe I got a faulty pair. Will be returning.

Works better for me than the elvie brand cushions.
