Excellent shower head. The detachable head has adjustable water pressure and flow. I love the magnetic feature, this is my 3rd Moen and I like the ease of attachment especially with eye closed! It was part of a bathroom remodel so I can't tell you about the ease of installation.

We’ve had this shower head for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. Here are our observations:1. With our city water pressure, the spray pressure is very good. We have gone through some shower heads in the past that you barely felt like you were getting wet. Not with this one.2. The controls to switch from the fixed shower head to the hand held one is very smooth and you can go completely from one head to the other or have a combination of both.3. You can also go from a strong stream to a fin mist with both shower heads and you can mix and match them to your liking.4. The Magnetix mount on the hand held shower head is strong and keeps it in place better than other hand held units we’ve had in the past.5. The spot free finish does keep the fixture cleaner for longer and is easily cleaned with the wipe of a cloth.6. There are many ways to adjust the shower to suit your needs.I highly recommend this unit.

Great product, nice jet options well made and easy to install

I could not find exactly what I wanted. I wanted a regular shower head with a wand. This is the closest I could find between box stores and online. I do like it and it gets the job done and is much better than a standard shower head. The only thing that is lacking is the hose length seems to be about 2 ft too short. If anyone knows of a replacement hose, that would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, I would buy it again.

The only reason I’m giving this a 4 is because the installation is a little tricky. You have to be sure to remove any old plumber’s tape left on the threads of the arm coming out of the wall. Even then, I struggled to get it tight enough to where no water would leak from the back, and it ended up at a slightly awkward angle. Functionally, I really like it. The spray is hard. If you want 2.5 gpm, make sure you are selecting the model number that ends in C2. When I picked a different color, I didn’t realize the model number changed to EP, which is the lower environmental flow rate.It has plastic parts, but it looks good in the shower. The magnetic sprayer doesn’t fall off. If you use them together, it divides the pressure, but if you use them individually, each one will have 2.5 gpm. The sprayer hose could stand to be a little longer. IMPORTANT: If you’re in the shower using the rain shower head and turn the sprayer on, make sure you point the sprayer away from you initially or you will blast yourself with cold water!

Super easy installation. Very happy with the fit and function within my bathroom. It looks anmazing! Only two settings for the main shower head. It also has an adjustable tilt mechanism. Great even pressure. Magnet for the removable shower head works very well and has a strong hold. Thank you!

I love the rain shower head as although it is attached, you can still move it to different positions to get the water to the right places. Then of course having the handheld shower head gives you the ability to get all the soap off, and is also great for cleaning the shower walls. I wish I had bought the one with the longer hose as I have a very large shower and it does not quite reach one end for cleaning, but I will likely buy the longer one separately. You can easily change the settings for how the water comes out, which goes from hard flow to soft. I did remove the water restrictor which was easy to do, which gave me full pressure, and shortens the time I need for showering.

This showerhead replaced a fixed showerhead in a tub. I was motivated to switch to a hand showerhead with hose since the fixed showerhead gave me no way to spray clean out the tub or to wash my legs after yard work (tub spout doesn't cut it).Removing the old fixed Waterpik showerhead carefully (in case the new one didn't work out) took more time than installing the Moen Verso. I got only the magnetic 2.5gpm showerhead, not the combo. Basically just follow the printed instructions and you are all good. Hand tighten everywhere and the gaskets make sure there are no leaks.The default setting on this 2.5gpm showerhead had too much pressure so I used the dial to set it to a combination of the massage and spray. The pause feature works great when soaping yourself.The one downside is the downward angle is limited due to the length of the hand wand, as other reviewers like Avid Reader have pointed out.
