Excellent. Does the job greatly. Bo need to install or anything. Just plug the usb and it’s working.Just so you know. The first scan is the scanner actually waking up, from the second scan on its when it registers

I have been using this for several weeks now and I like it a lot although I wish I had purchased one of the units with more options.It works great as described.

When I began using square and had a ton of inventory with different sku’s, I was looking for a scanner that was compatible and affordable. This scanner arrived and set up was simple. However, I would hear it beep but the barcode wasn’t appearing. I contacted customer support who was very helpful and walked me through the steps. As it turned out, the problem wasn’t with the scanner at all, I just wasn’t in the right box on square for where the barcode should be scanned. Almost all the products I scanned came up for inventory and it was also good even with smaller barcodes.Bluetooth connectivity was great and the range was the entire 400sqft area I was working. I would definitely recommend this scanner for a small business.

Works well and was very simple - just plug and play. My only issue with it is that it turns off my CAPS lock - which I need at my job. I cannot keep turning on CAPS every time I scan, it slows me down. I know, it's just a button, but with what I do I need to be able to input data as fast as possible.

The product description is misleading as it only mentions the D5100 not being compatible with Square POS but fails to clarify its compatibility with other POS systems. This ambiguity can mislead customers into assuming it would work with other POS systems when it will not. If you are in need of a POS scanner, search elsewhere.Response from the manufacture:Thank you for your message.We regret to inform you that all our scanners, including the D5100, are not compatible with the PayPal Zettle app. The D5100 operates by emulating keyboard input, which allows it to scan barcodes into text fields like "Search" or "Add Product." Love this scanner. Plugged the dongle in and immediately connected. Scanned a thousand items and the battery is still full. I would recommend it. I previously used a wired scanner, this scanner makes it easier and I did not lose connection.

just got it , fast , light weight and good wireless range.And such a great price.Out of the box started working , no programming.The best I ever had.
