very impressed
so ive seen these headphones very highly recommend so i thought i would get them and well what can i say these are absolutely amazing dont let the appearance or the weight fool you these are genuinely great IEMs for the price bracket they fit nicely and perform absolutely amazing on a high performance device (i used them with the hiby R5 gen 2) they are really light with a lovely resin shell making them really nice on the eyes, the audio clarity at 44.5mhz is fantastic with them going up to 99.8mhz, the clarity is absolutely amazing which produces an amazing sound stage (especially for jazz and classical) it feels like your sat on the stage with the band around you (i really mean it) in all they definitely get a 10/10 for the quality and enjoyment for there price bracket (when paired agains others in the same bracket) would highly recommend

bass for you buck
I used to go through cheap £10/£20 headphones for most of my life, in the last couple of years I started spending a little more money on headphones, getting into lossless and hi-res audio. So im not an expert, hobbyist at best, audio charlatan at worst. I researched and decided I was going to buy the £350 Sony WH-XM5's but will save up for it and will get these meanwhile...For £20 these headphones, to my untrained ear, sound better than the £200 Sony WF-XM-4s without, of course, any of the features. I got some friends and family to listen on it and I currently have 3 more of these in my basket to give to people for xmas. The sound is very much for bass fans, though I have been listening to the new Arctic Monkeys album on it and whilst it might not be the best for that type of music I've enjoyed the extra bass. I have an android phone so I use a very very useful equaliser called Wavelet that I highly reccomend to tune it to your taste, you can bring down those bass frequencies down for example. The cale is detachable so if it frays or breaks or rips you can replace it easily.THE BAD - decent replacement cables are almost the same price as the earphonesits not going to fit all ears, thats not the earphones fault, most of these styles of in ear monitors have this problem. The loop around the ear doesn't feel snug enough for me.You only get 3 cheap silicone tips, the sound quality is MASSIVELY determinant on the seal you get between the earphones and your earcanal. So you may need to buy new ear tips if the provided ones don't fit well.So if you like electronic, hiphop, rnb - anything with an emphasis on the bass this is a no-brainer for £20, an absolute steal. I can't of course speak to its longevity but for this quality at £20 anything more than 6 months would be worth it.

Good enough for Raye
Comfortable to use, easy to set up, very good value for the money. Tested out the volume button quite a bit singing backup for Raye at Electric Picnic, trying to hear other singers around me but that was a sound engineer problem.

Bargain
I wanted a cheaper set of IEMs to wear outside in winter weather. I have bought a few pairs in recent years, but they have been in higher price categories so I can't say how the CCA CRA compare to direct rivals, but I can say that I was surprised how good these are for £20.I have no comfort issues, but they are on the large side so they might not fit everyone. What most impressed me was the size of the stereo image (I have pairs costing £100 more which sound more constrained), and the frequency response. Both frequency extremes are strong, but articulate enough not to have a 'boom and tizz' character. Mids are recessed, but I did not find the sound to be hollow, so long as I had a good seal from the tips. Annoyingly, the nozzles are narrower than any other IEMs I have used recently, so I have not yet had the opportunity to experiment with different tips. The sound is crisp and dynamic, which gives a good impression of clarity, but in comparison with upmarket sets they don't pick up all of the nuances that are possible. I feel that they best suit electronica, this genre does not expose the fact that the timbre of real instruments is not ideally portrayed, while exploiting the excellent bass performance and good treble.

Decent
Really good audio quality but the plastic got brittle within 6 months and broke around the metal connectors for the wire. This means unplugging the IEMs from the cable pulls out the contacts. The right ear also started failing around the 5 month mark, but I’m unsure if that was the cable or the actual IEM.

First rate low cost IEMs
A bit of an audiophile, the sound quality, definition and range is really fantastic. The stage feels like it could be bigger, and I haven't yet had enough time with them to decide if they're better, the same or worse than my old cans for detecting directional noise but as I haven't been able to decide very quickly on that so I guess they're at least about as good. To be sure I would need to play more games with them and my headphones to check..Noise cancellation is pretty top notch. Once they're in and any noise at all is coming out of them you're oblivious to the sounds around to almost completely..I'm new to IEMs and the way they fit in your ear but they' not uncomfortable. It's a great relief to not have to have a headphone strap over my head for a change, but I wonder whether I could get an ear mould to go onto these instead of the standard ones that come with it, but they don't slip out of my ear like I've had in the past with alot of earphones. All in all, really very happy so far with the purchase.

Turn your volume down
The fit the ear very nicely, the sound is very loud and clear. I'm using them for gaming, it improved the clarity of voice that I could hear. Only drawback are they are a bit tinny
