Overall, the product is good. However, if you are planning to use the tool provided with the screws provided, you can’t. I had to run and purchase a star driver to use the screws, as the star driver that came with the product was too large. I purchased 8 of these as once, and observed the same issue with all 8 drivers and 32 screws.Had I not planned on relying on included driver and been in a time crunch, there would have been no issue. Product worked just fine after it was installed.

I got this as a drive bay for my HP Proliant Gen8, It works flawlessly including the lights on the front of the drive, had no errors or any issues after installing it. Perfect.

The first time I tried to install it, I thought it would be more troublesome. I looked at some introductions on the network and installed it with the tools attached to it for about ten minutes. I was so smart.

I ordered 6 of these for my DL360 G10 server. All 6 arrived with screwdrivers that don't fit the screws.. one of them arrived with NO SCREWS AT ALL. This is a huge problem because you can't just go to a hardware store a buy T7 torx screws that will fit a hard drive. My server deployment had to be scrubbed because of this horrible lack of quality. I'm not happy.. avoid buying this item from this supplier.. it's clear that they have had a problem with bad screwdrivers for over a year now and have done nothing to correct it. Amazon should pull them from the platform for this.
