I think kimchi might taste better freshly made, nothing against the company but for me I did eat it, but did not enjoy the texture when it was fermented in a can. I love cabbage. Flavors had right amount was very spicy nor sweet, I won't purchase this in a can though. Thank you

This kimchi is good and has excellent ingredients I mixed it in with my fried rice and cabbage, I have tried some other ones and other brands but this one was the best
