When it first arrived, it came with a dead battery. We bought a pack a of two at the store & were pleased that it worked with a new battery. However 2 days later that battery dis & we had to put in the second one which also died a few days later. This was not with constant use either. I tried reaching out to the seller to see if maybe I got a defective one, but I have not hard back hence this bad review. Unless you want to spend a lot of money on batteries or take your battery out each time you are done using it, don't bother with this brand.

My 3 year old loves this! She had been using a chalk board until I came across this online. The zero mess and quick erase function are the best features. Toddlers are impatient and I don't think anyone enjoys cleaning up chalk dust. This is perfect for road trips, play rooms, restaurants, etc. and will come in very handy when we are prepping for preschool.

Very satisfied, unexpected very easy to use ah is not professional, not even amateur, just like painting.The first time I touched the hand drawing board, I felt very comfortable and I could draw happily.

I missed the return deadline because I was trying to track down a new battery. I thought that was why the erase button didn’t work, but the new battery didn’t Make any difference. The model I purchased doesn't have a “Lock” switch like the troubleshooting video said to check if the delete button didn’t work. So changing the battery was the only option and since it was a special size it took me forever to track it down. It’s my own fault I missed the return deadline, but it sucks that it didn’t work. :(

this thing has changed me as a person. If you are OCD, or have to draw all the time as an exercise, this is your new ride. Its one of those toys you like more and more the longer you have it.

Product does not write nearly as "bright" as pictured. I bought them for my kids to use after they used my nephews boogie boards. Spend the extra $15 and buy the boogie boards. You couldn't even see what my kids were drawing. They were delivered today and I am now returning them.

My kiddo and i love this... perfect for giving practice spelling test on the drive to/from work. AND little loves notes back and forth ;) My child loves using it and since she only uses it for school items, it keeps it fun for her.

On dessine, on efface aussi simple que cela :) je recommande . De plus elle est livrée avec un aimant pour pouvoir s'en servir comme ardoise ou bloc note . Moi qui suis très jeu de société elle peut être un accessoire très pratique pour les scores ou pour les jeux de dessin . très pratique
