I have found a couple “tricks” though. Once you roll it on you have to let it air dry before you put clothing on over it. I use it for my lower back and I have to let it dry before I put my shirt on. And once I’ve put one application on if I put another application on later in the day it doesn’t work half as good. You have to clean off the first application before you can put it on again. I have had extreme back pain hip pain leg paint for years and years and this is the only thing that is fast acting! But don’t expect it to last all day long. Nothing last all day.
