Budget Friendly for beginners
I recently gifted it to a friend and she is loving it! It looks super premium and does the job perfectly. Pathetic product and hopeless service
Definitely a product I would not recommend. In just 40-50 days of purchase, the drip stopped working. The service engineer sent had no clue of how to repair and said it will have to be replaced. The replacement they sent was a 2023 model, while I had purchased 2026 model. All this replacement and service took 3+ weeks and still no resolution. When called the service center, they say the replacement is ok. How is a 2023 old product and ok replacement for a new 2026 model?

Coffee drip machine is good, quality needs improvement
Mahine is good, cofee decauction is fine, although like traditional way it doesn't squeeze completely as it just boils water and passes to cofee powder, so there may be some wastage, so u may have to add more cofee powder to get stronger, takes around 2 to 3 minutes to complete, if u keep the jar in the device without switching of it keeps the jar warm for 40 minutes, before first use read the manual.

Very nice coffee maker
I have been using this coffee maker for almost 4 years and it works really well. I had to contact the customer support recently for an exchange of a part. They were very prompt and resolved my issue.
