Any suggestions for a similar item that holds more than ten pairs of stud earrings?

This case is so nice, My granddaughter uses it for all the jewelry she takes on her competition trips, The case is well made and holds more jewelry than it is advertised to hold.

Are the ring grooves removable?

The ring section is glued in. You could probably pull it out, but it was not designed to be removable and I suspect it would leave behind glue and not be very nice looking afterward.
