Are these non-slip socks?

In a way, yes. The writing on the bottom is rubber, providing a non slip feature.

Do these socks have tags on each pair that I need to cut off?

No they do not they actually come in two clear begs one for 0-12 the other 12-24 and they say it on the bottom of the socks my God baby enjoy them

What do I do when my socks are missing 4 pair? Of course the shower starts in 2 hours. I’m so embarrassed

Sadly, there’s not much you can do in time for the shower. But, if you got a gift receipt, you can send that along with the present, OR do the exchange yourself and explain to the mommy-to-be she has another gift coming. Amazon is really great at Customer Service!
